My name is Terri Freeman aged 50 years. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I am a Personal Trainer with an extensive background as a Figure competitor. My passion for Health and Fitness began when I was 20 and I have continued to grow as an athlete and a person for the last 30 years. Health and fitness is my life, it’s who I am and I hope to continue to evolve and grow for many years to come. For me there is never an end and always new beginnings.
I am a qualified exercise physiologist, personal trainer, plant-based health coach and eating disorder therapist. In 2016, I will graduate as a medical doctor. I have competed and won several bikini competitions as well.
I believe veganism is not only fair and just for animals, but is right for our bodies and the environment we live in. I want to educated and enlighten others on animal cruelty and how unnecessary and unethical meat, dairy and egg consumption, and animal testing is. I want to encourage others to adopt a plant-based diet, and demonstrate just much you can truly thrive in sport.
When I heard about the Evolved Generation Ambassador program I wanted to get involved immediately. I love what the Team does and am keen to participate and help out as best I can. I kind of always felt like a ‘lone Vegan’ so I’m thrilled to be in such awesome company.
I want to inspire people that you can live on a plant based diet and change this planet one person at a time.
